At Ayoka Essentials., we work very hard to provide quality service and products to all of our customers. We are confident that you will enjoy your purchased items but if for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.  While we make every effort to ensure each of our candles are perfect, we are human. We take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your Ayoka Essentials purchase.

 

If your item is damaged or not to your expectations, our return and exchange policy is outlined below or you can reach us at customercare@ayokaessentials.com. Please include your order number in your email and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure you are satisfied.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Ayoka Essentials gladly accepts returns and exchanges.

EXCHANGES

If you have received a damaged, malfunctioning, or incorrect item, we will happily replace the item as quickly as possible.

 

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us with your NAME, PHONE NUMBER, and ORDER NUMBER. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

REFUNDS

Contact Us within 3 business days following delivery and receipt of the order to initiate the return request. Reference “Return” and the Order number in the subject line.

Items should be unused and returned in original packaging to: Ayoka Essentials 23219 Stringtown Road #312 Clarksburg, MD 20871

Ayoka Essentials is not responsible for any loss or damage due to poor handling during transit or at the time of delivery on all returns.

All returns for refunds must be shipped within 7 business days of delivery and receipt by the customer.

Shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please include the return form included with your shipment for faster processing.

Upon shipment of returned order, Contact Us to provide the tracking number for the return shipment to ensure timely receipt for processing. Ayoka Essentials will not be liable for returns shipped without a tracking and delivery confirmation that are lost, damaged in transit, or not received to the address above within 7 business days.

Refunds (not including shipping) will be issued to the original form of payment for returns and as store credit for exchanges as soon as items are received and verified to be in satisfactory condition This excludes damages previously reported as part of the return request.

EXCLUSIONS

The returns Provisions listed within do not apply to custom orders and wholesale transactions. Custom orders and wholesale transactions are subject to the terms of the individual contract. All custom orders must be paid for in full before they are produced. Custom orders are available in 6 oz. only.
